At Next Level Human Capital ("NLHC," "we," "us," or "our"), we treat your data with the same discipline we bring to every engagement — precision, structure, and integrity. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding it. If you have questions, call Tim directly at 314-886-8516 or email [email protected].

Section 01

Who We Are

Next Level Human Capital is a veteran-owned human capital consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded by Tim Schumer, a former U.S. Marine and experienced corporate HR executive, we provide organizational health engineering, leadership development, workforce assessments, and HR systems strategy to companies with 50–300 employees.

Our services are delivered through three integrated pillars: Intelligence (data-backed assessments via Criteria Corp), Development (leadership training via Working Genius), and Systems (HR infrastructure via isolved). This policy governs all data collected across our website, consultations, assessments, and service engagements.

Section 02

  • Information shared during discovery calls, consultations, or strategy sessions
  • Responses to intake forms, assessments, or diagnostic questionnaires
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely through third-party processors)
  • Communications sent via email, contact forms, or phone
Assessment & Workforce Data

  • Leadership capability scores and development indicators
  • Job-fit, succession, and promotion readiness data

Assessment data is collected under separate agreements governed by Criteria Corp's and Working Genius's own privacy frameworks. We use this data solely to deliver consulting services to the contracting organization and do not sell or share it with third parties.

Information Collected Automatically
  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and click behavior
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

  • Referral data from business networking events (e.g., St. Louis Biz Expo)
Section 03
