Setting Direction and Performance Standards, Monitoring Performance, Motivating Staff, and Providing Feedback on Performance and Direction. Our course combines lecture with tools and activities using real world scenarios for a more quality learning experience.

Need more than a 2-day Workshop?

Add the Extended Program with 6 Additional Classes
and/or Monthly Group Coaching Sessions. Additional classes include:

Interviewing Skills
Conflict Resolution
Communication & Business Writing
Problem Solving & Decision Making
Emotional Intelligence
Time Management

Additional Classes can also be hosted independent of the workshop

The "Extended Program" adds approximately 6 - 8 months, hosting one additional class each month. Each class is a full day. Additional coaching session are
held in between additional classes.
